Do I need to commit to anything after the Loyal Review session? +

Not at all. The Loyal Review is a standalone session. We share what we observe and give you a written note. What you do with it is entirely up to you. Many clients use it to decide whether longer support would be useful.

How long does the Continuity Planning process take? +

We run Continuity Planning across five weeks, with two sessions and working time in between. The pace is intentionally unhurried — it gives both sides time to reflect before the next conversation.

What is included in the Faithful Companion arrangement? +

Over twelve months you receive monthly meetings, quarterly written summaries, and the ability to reach us between sessions for shorter questions. It is designed for owners who want continuity of support without the overhead of a full-time advisor.

Are the sessions in person or can they be done remotely? +

We prefer to meet in person where practical — our office is in Johor Bahru and most clients are in the region. Remote sessions by video call are available if distance or scheduling makes that more suitable.

How do I know which service is right for my situation? +

The simplest starting point is usually the Loyal Review. After that session, you will have a clearer picture of what ongoing support — if any — would serve your business. You are welcome to call or write first if you would like to talk it through informally.
